Since 2006, Robert Phipps has consistently listed and sold more land than any other Realtor in Navarro County. He is a 3rd Generation Realtor in Texas, with over 12 years experience in the Real Estate Industry, and over 15 years experience in the Service Industry. Specializing in Rural Farm & Ranch, Recreation and Commercial Properties in Navarro, Hill, Ellis, Limestone & Freestone Counties.

He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, Ellis Hill Association of Realtors, Greater Dallas Multiple Listing Service & Realtors Land Institute.

Ken has been a licensed Real Estate agent since he moved to Texas in 1978. He is a graduate of the University of Mississippi and a former builder and teacher. For the past 15 years he has helped buyers and sellers in Navarro County, Specializing in the Richland Chambers Lake area and Eastern Navarro County. Ken has three grown children and ten grandchildren and knows how  important quality of life is for children growing up in a rural environment.

Susan is Native Texan and currently resides in Blooming Grove with her two boys, Ethan and Kevin.  Susan has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2009 and serves as a Real Estate Agent for both Buyers and Sellers at Blue Sky Country Real Estate.  She is a Graduate of Tarleton State University, her career began 28 years ago in the Marketing and Customer Service realm of Corporate America, and she now applies her love for working with people and building solid relationships to her Real Estate career, with this experience she places the highest priority on customer service and ensuring that her clients are heard and understood.

Eddie Lewis was born and raised in Navarro County on a farm in the Pursley area and now resides in Dawson, TX. Eddie attended Dawson schools and Navarro College. He recently retired from the United Parcel Service after a long career with UPS. Attended Kaplan Real Estate School in Arlington. He has one daughter, Monica, who graduated from Texas A&M University in 2009. Eddie enjoys Farming & Ranching and his hobbies include hunting and deep sea fishing.

Vince Dickens was born and raised in Texas, lived in Ellis County for 30 years & now resides in Blooming Grove, Texas.  Vince attended Red Oak Schools and Texarkana College.  He has been a licensed Realtor since 2005.  Before entering Real Estate Vince was territory manager for Wood Master Building Company. Married to Shana, they have one daughter Shelby, who attends school in Blooming Grove. Vince looks forward to handling any of your Real Estate needs.
